By booking a session with Melanie Wedeking LMT you’re agreeing you’ve read and understood the following terms and conditions:

Training & Education:

You understand that Melanie Wedeking is a licensed massage therapist and will not provide services outside of her scope of practice.

Parking and Accessibility:

Parking is available at the meters both on street and in the parking lot across the street. If you are parking in the lot please park in a spot with a number and pay at the kiosk or on the app. Un numbered spots are for commuters with permits. Parking is up to a 3 hour limit, please allow ample time for your session. Meter prices are 1 quarter per half hour, there is also an app but I don’t know anything about that, please seek other sources for assistance.

This current location does not have an elevator and is not handicapped accessible, please bear in mind if you have difficulty going up and down stairs.

Payments and Cancelations:

You may pay in advance here online, or in person following your session. Payments can be made in cash, credit card, check, Venmo or Zelle.

If you arrive late, I may not be able to guarantee your entire session. Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure we’ll be able to use your full session for bodywork and use those moments beforehand to catch up about the weather.

Please let me know by 9pm the night before your session if you will be unable to make it, we will reschedule and there will be no charge.

If you let me know you will be unable to make it the same day as your session before session time there will be a $25 cancellation charge

Minors:

Clients under 18 years of age require a parent/guardian signature and clients 13 years and under require a parent/guardian present for the entire duration of the appointment.
